<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defect in discharging from a nozzle in applying a high-viscosity substance. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a high-viscosity substance press-feeding pump 1, a quantitative discharge valve 2, and an application nozzle 4, and a high-viscosity substance confirmation sensor 5 is arranged between the application nozzle and the quantitative discharge valve. The high-viscosity substance confirmation sensor is comprised of a compression coil spring 10, a metallic plunger 8 which slides with the flow pressure of a high-viscosity substance, and a proximity sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
