摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a radiation detection panel and a method for manufacturing a radiation image detector, capable of reducing weight of the radiation image detector by reducing weight of the radiation detection panel. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a radiation detection panel includes: arranging a scintillator 6 for converting radiation into light and irradiating a photoelectric conversion element 15 with the light, on each of the photoelectric conversion elements 15 on an element substrate 4 formed by arranging the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 15 in a two-dimensional manner on one surface 4a of a glass substrate (step 1); thinning a surface 4b on the opposite side to the one surface 4a of the element substrate 4 on which the photoelectric conversion elements 15 are formed (step 2); and forming a radiation detection panel 3 by attaching necessary members to the thinned element substrate 4 (step 3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
