PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately create a three-dimensional model.

SOLUTION: An image acceptance section 11 accepts the input of a plurality of sets of images to be obtained by imaging an object from different angles multiple times. A three-dimensional model creation section 12 creates a plurality of three-dimensional models of the object on the basis of each of the accepted plurality of sets of images. A three-dimensional model selection section 13 selects a synthetic object three-dimensional model and a synthetic three-dimensional model. A feature point extraction section 14 extracts a plurality of first feature points and second feature points from the synthetic object three-dimensional model and the synthetic three-dimensional model. A feature point selection section 15 preferentially selects the feature points whose distances to a stereoscopic camera 1 are short among from the extracted first feature points and second feature points. A coordinate conversion parameter acquisition section 16 acquires a coordinate conversion parameter. A coordinate conversion section 17 converts the coordinates of the synthetic three-dimensional model into the coordinates of the coordinate system of the synthetic object three-dimensional model. A three-dimensional model synthesis section 18 synthesizes the synthetic three-dimensional model with the synthetic object three-dimensional model.
