PURPOSE: A bone fixing device assembling tool insert and a bone fixing device assembling tool are provided to offer a range of wide selection of implant by permitting combination of various fixing elements having a proper receiving part according to clinical application. CONSTITUTION: A bone fixing element has a head and a shaft which is fixed to a bone. An insert(420) for a tool fixes a bone fixing device which includes a receiving part. The insert is inserted into a longitudinal groove of a holder(402) of the tool. The insert is accepted in the bone fixing element. The insert comprises two or more grooves for accepting bone fixing elements of different size. The groove is formed into a cylindrical shape or a U shape.
