<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration detector in which acceleration detection accuracy or acceleration detection characteristics such as temperature characteristics can be improved by reducing thermal stress, an acceleration detection device comprising the acceleration detector and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An acceleration detector 1 comprises a base section 10, a plate-like movable section 12 which is connected through a joint section 11 to the base section 10, and an acceleration detection element 13 which is hung over the base section 10 and the movable section 12. In the movable section 12, a mass section 15 is disposed on at least one of both principal surfaces 12a and 12b, and the movable section 12 is displaceable in a direction crossing the principal surface 12a with the joint section 11 as a supporting point in accordance with acceleration applied in the direction crossing the principal surface 12a. The mass section 15 includes a protruded portion 15a which is protruded at a side of the principal surface 12a. In the protruded portion 15a, a center (g) of gravity of the mass section 15 is settled in a plane view, and a distal end of the protruded portion 15a is joined through a joint member 16 to the principal surface 12a of the movable section 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
