<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for bending and forming a flat conductor which bends a flat conductor, attached to a stator core and protruding from a core end surface, into a predetermined shape with high accuracy by using a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A bending and forming device 10 comprises: a forming surface 11a formed into a desired bent shape of a flat conductor 10; a punch 11 arranged along an end surface of the stator core 40; a first roller 12 contacting with the flat conductor 40 and bending and forming the flat conductor 40 so as to imitate the forming surface 11a; a guide surface 14a formed into the same shape as the forming surface 11a; a rail 14 disposed parallel with the punch 11; a second roller 13 moving along the guide surface 14a; a holding part 15 which rotatably holds the first and second rollers 12 and 13, holds the first roller 12 so as to move in conjunction with the movement of the second roller 13, and is disposed between the punch 11 and the rail 14; and a cylinder 19 moving the holding part 15 only in one direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
