<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a rotary electric machine which uniformly cools a rotor core. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling structure of a motor generator 10 includes a rotor 20 having: a rotor core 21 where through holes 41 penetrating in the axial direction of a center shaft 101 are formed and oil passages 42, allowing an oil to be circulated therein, are respectively formed in the through holes 41; and permanent magnets 27 provided at the rotor core 21.
