<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment circuit for adjusting a phase angle of an AC voltage, which is applicable in a wide range. <P>SOLUTION: For an AC current limiting circuit device Z10, a load L101 and a bipolar solid switch element 1000 are connected in series and connected in parallel to an AC power source. The bipolar solid switch element 1000 comprises a bidirectional thyristor element which outputs bipolar drive voltage signals and a field effect power device which outputs bipolar drive voltage signals. An adjustment circuit PD100 inputs the AC power supply voltage, outputs the bipolar drive voltage signals on the basis of a circuit adjustment function, a current value flowing through the AC current limiting circuit device Z10 and an end voltage value of the load L101, and controls an on phase angle and off phase angle of the bipolar solid switch element 1000. Thus, resistance, an inductive load containing resistance to which AC electric energy is applied, a capacitive load, or the inductive load and the capacitive load containing the resistance connected in series can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
