<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardness tester that excels in adjustment performance of a pressing force with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A hardness tester 1 includes: a first member 102 in which recess space 102a is formed; a sample support 11 that is stored in the recess space 102a; a flexible plate 12 for covering the recess space 102a; a second member 101 for sandwiching the flexible plate 12 with the first member 102, in which space 101a contacting with the flexible plate 12 is formed; a pressure 13 pressed into a sample S on the sample support 11 according to flexing of the flexible plate 12; an exhaust system 14 for decompressing the recess space 102a enclosed by the flexible plate 12; and a vacuum gauge 15 for measuring a pressure in the recess space 102a decompressed by the exhaust system 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
