<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece cap which is easily closed and opened and has superior sealing property and re-sealing property, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A mouthpiece cap 1 includes a cap body 2 which is formed of an elastic metal material, and in which a plurality of claw parts 9 are disposed at a skirt part 7 drooping from the outer peripheral part of a circular top plate part 3 with cut parts interposed, and which is closed by fitting the claw parts 9 to the mouthpiece by pressing the vicinity of the outer periphery of the top plate part 3, and opened by releasing fitting to the mouthpiece by pressing the center part of the top plate 3 and expanding the claw parts 9 outward. A thermoplastic resin liner material 12 having an annular thick part 14 which is circular in plan view and comes into contact with the upper end part of an opening part peripheral edge of the mouthpiece when the mouthpiece is closed and a thin part 15 inside it, is bonded and united with the inner surface part of the top plate part 3, and the liner material 12 and skirt part 7 are not stuck and provided with a separation part 20 therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
