<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and quickly acquire an on-site failure status and to call for mobilization when receiving telephone call on failure of an elevator. <P>SOLUTION: In a monitoring center 3, contract customer information is searched and displayed, when receiving telephone call from a customer, by a customer reception telephone 42 which receives the call of failure information from the customer when the elevator is abnormal. When receiving the call by the customer reception telephone 42, a received call recording terminal 44 which can register the contents of the received call automatically searches the contract customer information based on the customer telephone number, or determines whether a monitoring terminal device 14 is connected or not when the received call recording terminal 44 searches the customer information, and is automatically connected to the monitoring terminal device 14 via a public communication line 3 to collect operation information and failure information of the elevator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
