<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain abnormal noise from being generated with change of a vehicle vibration condition. <P>SOLUTION: When the change of a vehicle vibration mode Md (n) predetermined by a vehicular condition is an abnormal noise generation change predetermined as a change of the vehicle vibration mode Md (n) allowing the generation of abnormal noise to occur, a value krt2 larger than a value krt1 when the change of a vehicle vibration mode Md (n) is not an abnormal noise generation change is set in a rate value krt used for rate limit processing as lax change processing for gradually changing a control gain kv* for execution to a control gain kv in accordance with the vehicle vibration mode Md (n) (S170).
