<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament preparation implement with a novel structure, capable of easily recovering errors if vials are attached in a wrong direction or in wrong order. <P>SOLUTION: The medicament preparation implement includes: a first outside communication path 48 which makes a first vial port 14 communicate with an extraction port 30; a second outside communication path 50 which makes a second vial port 16 communicate with the extraction port 30; and switching means 60 and 62 for selectively making the first outside communication path 48 communicate with the second outside communication path 50 or interrupting the communication between the first and second outside communication paths 48 an 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
