<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a power transmission device in which power consumption required for holding is reduced when holding an output shaft from forward rotation in the power transmission device in which rotation power is transmitted without being reduced in speed during forward rotation of an input shaft, and the rotation power is transmitted being reduced in speed during backward rotation of the input shaft. <P>SOLUTION: When holding a rotation angle against an external force applied to an output shaft of a power transmission device while stopping the output shaft from forward rotation (S10:YES), a control device outputs a backward rotation command Sfr to a motor (S20) and temporarily switches an input shaft from forward rotation to backward rotation. After the lapse of "switching determination time Tc" within which switching from an idling state to a power transmitting state is completed in a two-way clutch (S30:YES), a stop command Srs from backward rotation is output to the motor (S40) and the input shaft is switched from backward rotation to stop. Thus, power consumption required for holding can be reduced in comparison with the case of holding the output shaft while stopping it from forward rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
