<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type reflective display panel in which quality of white display and black display is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated type reflective display panel comprises: a plurality of reflective display panels 10 which are laminated on top of each other; and a light absorbing layer 15 provided on a rear surface of the laminated plurality of the reflective display panels. Each of the reflective display panels includes: two substrates 11 and 12 arranged facing each other; two groups of transparent electrodes 13 and 14 formed on the opposing surfaces of the two substrates 11 and 12, respectively, so as to cross each other when viewed from a viewing direction; spacer members 30 formed in a grid-like manner so as to surround each of pixels defined as crossing portions of the two groups of the transparent electrodes, for regulating a distance between the two substrates; and a reflective material layer 17 sealed between the opposing two substrates and having a reflection state varying according to a voltage applied between the transparent electrodes.
