<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer apparatus that allows printing paper pulled out from a printing paper roll to be easily inserted in a guiding mechanism, and guided to a thermal head. <P>SOLUTION: The printer apparatus includes a guiding mechanism including an insertion port 19 to be used for inserting the leading end of the printing paper pulled out from the roll paper 10 set in a predetermined setting position, and configured to guide the printing paper inserted into the insertion portion 19 to the thermal head 2. The guiding mechanism includes: a guiding member 8 provided under the predetermined setting position of the roll paper 10, and including a receiving surface 20 curved in the same direction as the circumferential surface of the roll paper 10 on the upper side thereof; and a movable guiding member 4, one end of which is pivotally supported by a rotating shaft 6 provided near the middle part of the receiving surface 20 of the guiding member 8, and the other end of which is freely rotatably biased in a direction to come in contact with the roll paper 10, and which includes a copy surface 21 curved in the same direction as the circumferential surface of the roll paper 10 on the lower side thereof, and in which a gap between the copy surface 21 and the receiving surface 20 of the guiding member 8 functions as the insertion port 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
