<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical zonal seal object and its manufacturing method capable of preventing an abnormal frictional noise from being generated as much as possible in sliding friction with a counter material. <P>SOLUTION: A spherical zonal seal object 46 is equipped with a spherical zonal base 42, specified by a cylinder inner surface 38, partial convex spherical surface 39 and annular end faces 40, 41 in sides of large diameter and small diameter of the partial convex spherical surface 39, a plurality of partial convex spherical middle layers 43, formed in an integrated manner in the partial convex spherical surface 39 of this spherical zonal base 42 and laminated in the diameter direction, and an outer layer 45 formed in an integrated manner in a partial convex spherical surface 44 of the partial convex spherical middle layer 43 of the outermost side among a plurality of the partial convex spherical middle layers 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
