<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake manifold capable of suppressing generation of sound radiation causing feel of abnormal noises. <P>SOLUTION: The intake manifold 10 includes a surge tank 11 for suppressing the intake pulsation, a plurality of intake pipes 12 provided on the intake downstream side of a surge tank 11 for introducing an intake air to an engine, and a flange 16 provided to ends of intake air downstream sides of the intake pipes 12, all of these being formed of resin. In the intake manifold 10, a fastening part 18 as a part fastened to the engine is provided only to the flange 16. Furthermore, ribs 19 which connect the flange 16 to the periphery (portion on the intake downstream sides of the intake pipes 12) of the flange 16 are provided between them as reinforcing parts to enhance the rigidity of the flange 16 and the periphery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
