摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress crosstalk of a long wavelength component generated in a scintillator without lowering a reflection efficiency of reflecting layers. <P>SOLUTION: Radiation transmitting through a sensor panel 23 is converted into light at a radiation incident area of a scintillator 37. A short wavelength component 90a of the light travels toward a reflecting layer 25 while totally reflecting inside columnar crystals 39, and heads for the sensor panel 23 by being mirror-reflected by a first reflecting layer 42 comprising a dichroic filter so as to eliminate the lowering of the quantity of detection light of the sensor panel 23. A long waveform component 90b of the light which is unlikely to refract transmits between the columnar crystals 39 of the scintillator 37 and enters the reflecting layer 25 at a position away from the light generating position. The long waveform component 90b transmits the first reflecting layer 42 and is retroreflected by a second reflecting layer 43 that is a retroreflective layer so as to enter the sensor panel 23 at a position close to the light generating position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
