A connection unit of a forming roll with a spindle comprises a blade of forming roll, a roll coupling being coaxial to the rotation axis of forming roll due to a cylindrical surface of a coupling and centering hole of a sleeve, a roll hinge within the length of a coupling, a holder, which interacts with the hinge and spindle shaft with possibility of their relative movement due to the load-bearing elements. On the coupling from its ends two cylindrical surfaces are made with diameters equal to the diameter of a blade of forming roll, the radii of the arcs in internal cavity of the coupling correspond to the cylindrical surfaces of the roll blade, and their chords – to the thickness of the roll blade taking into account a mounting gap, in addition a bushing with a centering hole is located immovably with an interference fit in the cylindrical surface of the coupling from the side of the holder cavity, while barrel-shaped rolls are located in the semi-cylindrical grooves of the coupling and holder that contact the auxiliary reference surfaces of the couplingandconnected with the diameter of a dividing circleof the hinge. |
