PURPOSE: An eyeglass polishing unit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent fingers to be pushed when polishing eyeglasses by being formed into a form that the fingers are inserted into a pocket. CONSTITUTION: An eyeglass polishing unit is comprises of fabric(10) for polishing eyeglasses, a first pocket unit(20), and a second pocket unit(30). The fabric for polishing the eyeglasses polishes both sides of a glass lens using the bottom surface. The first pocket unit is placed at one side of the rear side of the bottom surface of the fabric for polishing the eyeglasses. A thumb is inserted into the first pocket unit. The second pocket unit is placed at the other side of the rear side of the bottom surface of the fabric for polishing the eyeglasses. Fingers except for the thumb are inserted into the second pocket unit.
