PURPOSE: A cradle for a portable terminal is provided to enable a user to conveniently watch movies or broadcast programs by controlling the direction of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum absorption unit(60) is vacuously attached with a portable terminal(70). A joint(50) is combined with the vacuum absorption unit. One end unit of a connection member(40) is connected to the joint. Other end unit of the connection member is connected to a ball-shaped joint(30). A ceiling attachment cap(20) is combined with the ball-shaped joint using a screw.
