PURPOSE: A system for programming a commercial break advertisement with a bridge and a method thereof are provided to make favorable effects for advertisement products and brands, thereby eliminating uncomfortable feelings of viewers. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement application server(100) receives an application of an advertisement. An advertisement insertion server(200) selects an advertisement insertion target program and an advertisement insertion part. A bridge production server(300) makes the advertisement and a bridge corresponding to the program. The bridge and the advertisement are programmed to continuously transmit the bridge and the advertisement to the insertion part.
