PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing terminal with low power consumption.

SOLUTION: The information processing terminal comprises: a transceiver part 10 which makes a communication with specific low power radio; and a terminal part 20 which makes a communication via wireless LAN. When a power switch 2 is turned on, only the transceiver part 10 with low power consumption is started without starting the terminal part 20. The terminal part 20 with high power consumption is configured to start when the transceiver part 10 receives a specific short message.
