<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of first and second shafts of a rotary cutting device. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary cutting device 2 is provided with: a frame 4; a first rotary device including a first shaft 10 coaxially disposed around a first rotary axis A-A and a first drum 12 coaxially disposed at the first shaft; and a second rotary device including a second shaft 24 coaxially disposed around a second rotary axis B-B and a second drum 26 coaxially disposed at the second shaft 24. Furthermore, the rotary cutting device 2 is provided with a means 46 for at least the passive vibration damping of the first shaft 10, and the means 46 can reduce vibration caused by an impact of the first drum 12 to the second drum 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
