REFLECTION RESIN SHEET, LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DEVICE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode device which improves the light extraction efficiency and a manufacturing method of the light emitting diode device, and to provide a reflection resin sheet used in the manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: A reflection resin sheet 13 is prepared by providing a reflection resin layer 4 on an upper surface of a first mold release base material 14. Light emitting diode elements 3 are provided on an upper surface of a diode substrate 2. The reflection resin sheet 13 is laminated on the diode substrate 2 so that the reflection resin layer 4 is placed so as to closely contact with side surfaces of the light emitting diode elements 3.
