<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency and reduce the size of a system. <P>SOLUTION: An air duct portion 5 comprises two ducts 3 and 4 and cooling air is made to flow within the respective ducts 3 and 4 individually. Thus, increase in ventilation resistance can be prevented, and only a heating element requiring air-cooling can be forcedly air-cooled in an intensive manner. A lower air blowing fan 11 is installed at a cooling air inflow port 31o of the outer duct 3, and an upper air blowing fan 12 is installed at a cooling air outflow port 32i of the inner duct 4.
