<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode device which improves light extraction efficiency and a manufacturing method of the light emitting diode device, and to provide a phosphor reflection sheet used in the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A phosphor reflection sheet 13 is prepared by providing reflection resin layers 4 on an upper surface of a phosphor layer 5, and light emitting diode elements 3 are formed on an upper surface of a diode substrate 2. Through holes 9 are formed so as to penetrate through the diode substrate 2 in the thickness direction. The phosphor reflection sheet 13 is laminated on the diode substrate 2 so that the reflection resin layers 4 are disposed facing the through holes 9 and the phosphor layer 5 is disposed facing an upper surface of the light emitting diode elements 3. The inside of each through hole 9 is depressurized and the reflection resin layers 4 are placed so as to closely contact with side surfaces of the light emitting diode elements 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
