摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a component ratio of a target gas from being varied among cylinders in an intake manifold 1 which includes a surge tank for receiving an intake major stream containing a fresh gas as a main component and a plurality of branch paths 3 branched from the surge tank for successively guiding the intake major stream to an internal combustion engine, and in which an intake minor stream other than the intake major stream is allowed to join the intake major stream and guided to the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: The intake manifold 1 includes a minor stream path 4 that is connected to each of branch paths 3 and guides an intake minor stream other than an intake major stream to each of the branch paths 3. Furthermore, when combinations of pairs of branch paths 3 which are communicated with each other through the minor stream path 4 and through which intake air is continuously introduced into an internal combustion engine are defined as first combinations and among the first combinations, combinations having short communication lengths through the minor stream path 4 are defined as second combinations, among the pairs of branch paths 3 forming the second combinations, the branch paths 3 through which intake air is introduced later have narrower connection ports 16 of the minor stream path 4 than the branch paths 3 through which intake air is introduced first. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
