<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intention confirming system and method capable of determining with increased accuracy that an approval is obtained from a purchaser or a user concerning an agreement or a clause pertaining to electronic commerce. <P>SOLUTION: An intention confirming system comprises: a storage part for storing a document that must be confirmed by a user; a display part for displaying the document; an input part for detecting a user's operation to a displayed document; and an intention confirmation processing part for determining whether or not a confirmation is obtained of the document by the detected operation. The input part detects that the displayed document has been touched upon and a touched position thereof, whilst the intention confirmation processing part displays on the display part the document stored in the storage part, and when a predetermined section of the document is determined to be touched, the confirmation of the document is regarded to be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
