<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of emitting belt-like light with high uniformity of illuminance over a whole part in a length direction and a width direction. <P>SOLUTION: The luminaire is provided with a light source, and a rod-like light guide body with light from the light source incident in an axis direction on its end surface and emitting belt-like light extended to the axis direction. The light from the light source is incident on the light guide body through a light control means, and the light control means includes prism elements for diffusing the incident light in a direction crossing an irradiation direction concerned with the axis direction of the light guide body. The prism elements constituting the light control means is in a triangular pyramid shape, and are so structured to have one ridge line of the prism element extended to the irradiation direction concerned with the axis direction of the light guide body, and to have its width getting larger as it gets away from the axis center of the light guide body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
