<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor having a seal structure capable of suppressing peeling. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit part 10 of a NOx sensor has an output base stand 11 comprising a pedestal part 12 protrusively provided at the central part of a support surface 13b of a base part 13, and on an installation surface 12a of the pedestal part 12, a wiring board 16 on which a storage medium 17 storing individual information on the NOx sensor is mounted is arranged. Moreover, the circuit part 10 has a seal part 15 arranged above the support surface 13b of the base part 13 for water-tightly sealing the wiring board 16 by covering the wiring board 16 from the above and the side, and the seal part 15 has a surrounding part 15a for surrounding the base part 13 along a peripheral edge while protruding from the peripheral edge of the support surface 13b to a second side peripheral surface 13a of the base part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
