<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively easily change a response speed of an electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: A speed controller 30 which controls a rotation speed of an electric motor 20 includes rotation speed detection means for detecting the rotation speed of the electric motor, and a control circuit 11 for controlling the rotation speed of the electric motor. The control circuit controls the electric motor so as to turn an actual value N<SB POS="POST">fbk</SB>of the rotation speed detected by the rotation speed detection means to a command value inputted to the control circuit. The speed controller further includes compensation control means 31 for receiving input of a target value N<SB POS="POST">trg</SB>of the rotation speed of the electric motor and calculating the command value to be inputted to the control circuit. The compensation control means calculates a target value, to which a correction value R to be larger as a deviation between the actual value of the rotation speed detected by the rotation speed detection means and the target value of the rotation speed becomes larger is added, as a corrected target value N<SB POS="POST">rev</SB>, and inputs the calculated corrected target value to the control circuit as the command value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
