<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a composite semipermeable membrane excellent in water permeability and a salt-blocking property and hardly causing the rising of a skin layer, and a composite semipermeable membrane obtained by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the composite semipermeable membrane includes a skin layer formation process of forming a skin layer on the surface of an epoxy resin porous support. Before the skin layer formation process, a surface treatment process is performed which brings a solution containing a sulfonic acid compound into contact with the surface of the epoxy resin porous support, on which a skin lay is formed, and performs drying, and then applies atmospheric-pressure plasma treatment to the surface thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
