<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten processing waiting time of a user and to avoid troublesome setting by the user with processing sharing by sharing an image processing by a scanner device or an image processor coupled to a network in accordance with a load situation and image processing performance in the scanner device. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 42 inquires execution propriety of the image processing to read image data in the scanner device 10 via a communication section 25A. When the result shows that the processing which is set cannot be performed by the scanner device 10, an argument of a scan execution command is determined based on a setting value and a content of a device performance storing section 43, and the image data and a metadata file 51 are received from the scanner device 10. An image processing section 44 performs a processing of execution disability on the image data.
