<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaggregating filtration apparatus capable of making a paper stock slurry by sufficiently disaggregating paper which is hard to disaggregate. <P>SOLUTION: A disaggregating filtration apparatus 1 includes: a tank 10 in which paper 2 hard to disaggregate fed from a supplying opening 10a is disaggregated by being mixed and stirred with a solution to make a paper stock slurry; a rotating shaft 21 extending in the up and down directions and rotating by a power of a driving motor 26; and a rotor 20 which facilitates the mixing and stirring of the paper 2 hard to disaggregate by being mounted to the rotating shaft 21 and rotating in the tank 10. The disaggregating filtration apparatus 1 is a batch type disaggregating filtration apparatus in which the paper 2 hard to disaggregate is disaggregated by being mixed and stirred for a predetermined time, and thereafter a whole amount of the paper stock slurry is discharged from the tank 10. The rotor 20 has a plurality of stirring blades 20A extending outward in the radius direction from the rotating shaft 21.
