<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which uses a plasma sterilization device and has high deodorization and disinfection performance. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator includes a refrigeration compartment, a cooler 7, and a refrigeration compartment blow duct 15 connecting the refrigeration compartment and cooler 7 to each other. The plasma sterilization device 51 is installed in the refrigeration compartment blow duct 15. The plasma sterilization device is installed in the refrigeration compartment blow duct 15 which is a narrow cold air channel.
