<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably lubricate a sliding part between a driving shaft and a thrust bearing in a rotary fluid machine. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary fluid machine includes: the driving shaft formed to extend vertically in a casing and rotated by a drive mechanism; a fluid mechanism driven by the driving shaft for compressing or expanding fluid; the thrust bearing 21 supporting a supported surface 19c formed on the driving shaft from the lower side; and a volume pump 60 formed on the lower side of the thrust bearing 21 and pumping upwardly lubrication oil in an oil reservoir formed on the bottom wall part of the casing via a discharge flow passage 67b discharging the lubrication oil from the oil reservoir on the bottom wall part of the casing. On the thrust bearing 21 of the rotary fluid machine, an oil supply hole 21b is formed so that a flow-in end is opened toward the discharge flow passage 67b and a flow-out end is opened toward the supported surface 19c of the driving shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
