A plunger pump with horizontal arrangement of rams that includes hydro-blocks connected with suction and supercharge collectors, drive shaft installed in the body of the pump and eccentric shaft with bearings of the crank-conrod mechanism, this is connected to the shaft-pinion by means of a skew cylindrical transmission: shaft-pinion-toothed wheel installed on eccentric shaft, conrods connected in hinged way with slide bushings to the pushers of working rams. As bearings of the crank-conrod mechanism fit to the journals of the eccentric shaft there are slide bearings. Gear ratio of the teeth of shaft-pinion and the teeth of the wheel is 1:202. Eccentric shaft is arranged with inner channel for passage and supply of lubricant to the shaft journals from the system of oil supply installed in the body, and the guide cups and the pushers of the working rams are arranged with increased support surfaces. |
