<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation quality of a three-turn coil winding. <P>SOLUTION: In a coil bobbin 1, adjacent winding members 21 and 22 of a first coil winding 2 are insulated from each other by a protrusion 13. The first coil winding 2 and a second coil winding 3 are insulated from each other by a flange part 11. Protrusions 12A to 12C, and protrusions 14A and 14B are provided respectively at positions located on both ends when the first coil winding 2 and the second coil winding 3 are viewed from a direction perpendicular to the direction of an axis A. Thus, the coil bobbin 1 ensures the insulation between the windings even if they are three-turn coil windings, and also ensures the insulation of a region on the outer side of the coil windings when viewed from the direction perpendicular to the axis direction.
