<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hologram sheet material made of aluminum foil, which is capable of accurately form fine irregularities of a hologram on a surface of aluminum foil and is capable of efficiently manufacturing a hologram sheet material made of aluminum foil, and to provide a hologram sheet material made of aluminum foil. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a hologram sheet material made of aluminum foil performs processing through: a foundation adjustment step of applying an adhesive primer 1' to a surface of an aluminum foil 1; a photocurable resin layer forming step of forming a photocurable resin layer 2 on the aluminum foil 1; a hologram fine irregularities transfer step of covering the photocurable resin layer with a light-transmissive plate film 5 so as to bring fine irregularities into close contact with the photocurable resin layer and, in this state, irradiating them with light to not only transfer the fine irregularities of the hologram to the surface of the photocurable resin layer but also harden the photocurable resin layer; a peeling step of peeling the plate film; and a photoluminescent layer forming step of vapor-depositing a photoluminescent material on at least parts of hologram fine irregularities 4' of a surface on the photocurable resin layer side of the aluminum foil to form a photoluminescent layer along fine irregularities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
