<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device capable of acquiring a sample image having uniform luminance obtained by successfully correcting luminance unevenness, when one well region is observed at once in a wide field of view. <P>SOLUTION: The microscope device has: an illumination optical system 4 which illuminates a sample mounted on a stage 3; an image-forming optical system 5 which forms an image of the sample illuminated by illumination light; an imaging apparatus 14 disposed at the image-forming position; driving means 32 for driving either the illumination optical system or a part from the sample to the imaging apparatus so as to change luminance distribution on the imaging surface of the imaging apparatus; and an image processing system 40 which processes the image of the sample imaged by the imaging apparatus. The image processing system generates a new image of the sample formed by making luminance of the image of the sample approximately uniform, the image being acquired via the imaging apparatus by driving either the illumination optical system or the part from the sample to the imaging apparatus by the driving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
