<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper aligning device, an image forming device and a post-processing device capable of reducing cost increase and improving work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of alignment members 103a and 103b is driven in a vertical direction so as to be moved to either of a plurality of alignment positions C1 and C2 corresponding to a lower tray 4 and an upper tray 5 respectively.
