<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate temperature control of liquid in two tanks containing liquid of different temperatures by eliminating abrupt and large liquid level changes in the two tanks, and to enable compact and inexpensive installation. <P>SOLUTION: An inner tank 2 which contains second liquid F2 is installed in an outer tank 1 which contains first liquid F1, and a lower-limit liquid level sensor 28 or 25 is arranged in the outer tank 1 or in the inner tank 2. When the liquid level sensor 28 or 25 detects that a liquid level of the liquid decreases, a first switching valve 24 or a second switching valve 27 is opened to replenish the tank where the liquid level has decreased with part of the liquid in the tank where the liquid level increases, through an outer-tank liquid circulation path 5 and an inner-tank liquid circulation path 6, thereby absorbing changes in liquid level in both tanks 1, 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
