摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device that can improve a fuel efficiency of the internal combustion engine having a structure that can suppress the occurrence of a cooling loss in a cylinder head by heat insulating the cylinder head. <P>SOLUTION: The control device (100) for an internal combustion engine (10) has a controller (104) for controlling a fuel injection timing of a fuel injection valve (50) so as to inject a fuel at first timing on an intake stroke and second timing on an compression stroke of the internal combustion engine. Here, the first timing is the timing when the fuel is injected from the fuel injection valve toward a part nearer a cylinder head (20) than a tumble flow whirl center (301), and, the second timing is the timing when the fuel is injected from the fuel injection valve toward a part nearer a piston (22) than a tumble flow whirl center. The fuel injection valve is arranged in a predetermined position in the internal combustion engine where a flow rate of a tumble flow increases by the fuel injected from the fuel injection valve at the first timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
