<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting part structure of a headlight capable of improving designability in an engine room while promoting reduction in thickness in vertical direction, suppression of entrance of foreign matter such as water, and reduction in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A headlight 9 is provided with a second mounting stay 32 including a stay body 35 that extends backward and is secured to the upper surface of a bulkhead side frame by the rear end.
