<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire vulcanizing mold capable of easily manufacturing the mold with an exhaust mechanism, and to provide the tire vulcanizing mold manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: A part 6a protruded from a surface 11a of a plaster mold 11 of a blade 6 is covered by a covering layer 9 made of an easily disintegrable refractory material, and a rod-like exhaust hole forming member 10 made of a casting refractory material is made to contact with the covering layer 9 and attached to the blade 6 uprightly. To the surface 11a of the plaster mold 11 in that state, a melted metal M is poured, thereby transferring the shape of the surface 11a, and casting the mold in which the part protruded from the surface of the plaster mold 11 of the blade 6 and the exhaust hole forming member 10 are casted. Then, the covering layer 9 and the exhaust hole forming member 10 are removed, thereby forming a slit around the blade 6, and moreover, forming an exhaust hole communicated with the slit and extended to the back side of the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
