<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent transfer type vertical bagging and packaging method capable of preventing liquid in a bag intermittently conveyed from being spilled outside and occurrence of sealing failure of the bag, and capable of improving productivity in packaging. <P>SOLUTION: A gripper 4 is positioned in a first approach position, and the bag 6 conveyed in a state that a bag mouth 10 is in a substantially circular shape in a plane view is stopped, and the liquid 36 is filled in the bag 6 through a nozzle 40. During filling of the liquid 36, especially just before completion of filling or after completion of filling, the right and left grippers 4 are further close to each other in the timing or the range not obstructing movement of the nozzle 40, and are positioned in a second approach position. The shape of the bag mouth 10 has substantially the elliptic shape having the width direction of the bag 6 as a short axis in the plane view, and right and left parts make a large obtuse angle θ while having side seal boundary parts 12 therebetween, and an almost flat shape is made. The bag 6 is conveyed to a next stop position for performing a tension step of the bag 6 in the width direction of the bag in a state that the bag mouth 10 keeps the substantially the elliptic shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
