<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve focusing on a subject. <P>SOLUTION: A camera includes: optical signal receiving means for receiving an optical signal transmitted from a range equivalent to a field angle; subject detection means for determining that a subject exists within the field angle when the optical signal receiving means receives the optical signal transmitted from a transmitter owned by the subject; distance measurement means for measuring a distance to the subject when the subject detection means determines that the subject exists within the field angle; and focus adjustment means for achieving focusing on the subject, based on the distance to the subject measured by the distance measurement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
