PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a wiring board and an actuator device into conduction with each other reliably.
SOLUTION: Since a wiring board is connected electrically from above a mounting part via an anisotropic conductive adhesive, a drive signal applied from the wiring board flows to the mounting part through the anisotropic conductive adhesive in a way that it applies to an actuator device. When the drive signal is applied to the actuator device, a liquid charged in a predetermined channel of a channel formation substrate, e.g., an ink corresponding to each channel, is ejected from a nozzle. In order to bond the wiring board to a wiring region via the anisotropic conductive adhesive, alignment marks are formed. Since the space between the wiring board and the wiring region is filled with the anisotropic conductive adhesive and the marks are formed at positions higher than the wiring region, the marks are not covered with the anisotropic conductive adhesive even if the adhesive extrudes from the predetermined position, thus ensuring the function of the marks.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
